  1. Download and print the withdrawal form below.
  2. Complete the printed form and sign it.
  3. Carefully and safely pack the goods together with the completed form (you can send a scan of the withdrawal form to our e-mail address: pauli@forcafemina.com.
  4. Send the package to the following address:
