These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTC) are intended to provide you with information about us and the nature of the services we offer, including – the specifics of the provision of such services through means of distance communication, namely – the Internet.
The website https://forcafemina.com/ (hereinafter referred to as „Website”) is maintained by Plant Zuza EOOD, a limited liability company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Persons with UIC 206296978, with a seat and a registered address in the city of Sofia 1000, 30 William Gladstone Str., floor 2, engaged in retail trade in goods through the web store “ForcaFemina“.
As a potential customer and user of our services, you have the right of access to the information below, so that you can make an informed decision about the use of the services provided by us.
We hereby inform you that the use of the Website will be considered as acceptance of these GTC. The use of the Website provides the possibility of personalised or non-personalised access, and we would like to inform you that every time you access the Website, we collect information about your browser and electronic device, your location, the accessed content of the Website and other facts regarding your user behavior – for more information in this regard, please see Confidentiality and Privacy Section belwo.

Services provided by us through the Website
Web Store
The Website is an e-commerce platform. The Web Store service on the Website allows you to shop for goods of your choice and preferences by ordering one or more of the goods listed for sale on the Website at an advertised sale price. The specified prices of the individual goods are per unit or for the specified number and do not include delivery costs or other additional costs related to your chosen delivery method. All prices related to the presented goods on the Website are in the currency shown on the Website, including value added tax.
Orders for goods are made by following the steps on the Website and each order is subject to confirmation. Once you have received confirmation, the goods from your order will be sent to you by courier/ post at your expense (unless delivery is declared free of charge on the Website) to the delivery address specified by you or to the courier/ post office of the courier company/ post we use. Payment of the price of ordered goods is made by bank transfer. In this regard, it is important to know that the Website also uses the services of other providers of electronic services and when using them you may be transferred from the Website to other sites. Payment for purchases in the store is made also via an external PayU system belonging to PayU S.A., ul. If you choose the option to pay by bank transfer, your order will be sent to you within 3 (three) days from the date on which your payment has been received to our bank account. The option to pay by “cash on delivery” allows you to pay the price upon receipt of the delivery, to the respective courier making the delivery. In the latter case, the exact payment of the full amount is a condition for the courier to actually deliver the goods to you.
Delivery costs and order fulfillment time.
Orders placed in area of Poland will be shipped with constant shipping fee – 12pln. The cost of shipping abroad is 20pln and orders abroad will be shipped by Poczta Polska.
Orders placed in the Store are processed only on working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the first following business day. The ordered goods are shipped within3 (three) days from the date of placing the order. The waiting time for the shipment is a maximum of 48 hours from the date of dispatch via PocztexKurier48. The waiting time consists of; order fulfillment time (completion of goods for the order) + expected delivery time (from 24 to 48 hours in Poland). The waiting time for the shipments abroad is from 7 to 30 days from the date of dispatch via Poczta Polska, depending on continent: North America: 7-30 business days, Europe: 3-15 business days, Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-30 business days, Asia Pacific: 7-30 business days, Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-30 business days, North Africa and the Middle East: 7-30 business days, Sub-Saharan Africa: 7-30 business days
In all cases of receipt of the delivery, you have the right to review the goods for defects and return the goods if irregularities/deficiencies in their appearance are found. When returning goods, you should fill out a form provided by the courier explaining the reasons for the return and describing the irregularities/deficiencies of the goods found by you.
In case the goods you order are not available, we will contact you to inform you of the lack of quantities and will provide you with the opportunity to adjust your order or cancel it.
The ordering process is the same whether you order goods offered at regular prices or those in respect of which a special offer/ discount has been announced.
Until the delivery of the ordered goods, we may unilaterally terminate your order notifying you in advance, without any further obligations to either party and without any party being liable for damages, in the following cases:
- the information provided by you on our Website (in the course of the order) is incomplete and/or invalid;
- your actions on our Website can harm us or our partners.
Electronic User Profile
This service provided through the Website gives you the opportunity to view and monitor your orders, their processing, and execution. The creation of an electronic user profile is voluntary and is not subject to an obligation to order/ purchase goods. You can order goods as a guest without creating an electronic user profile. Only you, we as the Website administrator and the hosting company have access to the data disclosed when creating your electronic profile. The deletion of your electronic profile can always be done, at your request through the Website. In this regard, please follow the procedure specified on our Website.

Our Blog section is one of the activities that you can access free of charge and the use of which is not tied to the purchase/order of goods from the Website. We hope you will find interesting and useful the information on it. We would like to inform you that the information and recommendations published in the section are an expression of a personal opinion and judgment of the authors of the publications. Consumer Protection
We carefully select the goods we offer through the Website and strive to ensure the safety of your life and health by offering you only safe goods. A safe product is any product which, under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use, including the duration of its use, its commissioning, installation, and maintenance, does not pose a risk to the life and health of consumers or this risk is minimal and compatible with the use of the good and is considered acceptable to ensure a high level of consumer protection.
You have the right to receive the goods from your order without undue delay. We will arrange delivery of your order only upon full payment of the total order price due.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods without stating any reason for it within 14 days of the acceptance of the goods by you or by a third party on your behalf. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you have to inform us thereof before the expiry of the period referred to in the previous sentence. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may fill in the model withdrawal form attached hereto (Appendix No 1) or send us another unequivocal statement in this regard to szuta.paulina@gmail.com or to Plant Zuza EOOD, 30 William Gladstone Str., floor 2, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal by email/ post without delay. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal statement. You must send us back the received goods without impaired packaging, without any signs of use, injury, or impaired commercial appearance at your expense within the same period. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
All goods offered through the Website have the characteristics, qualities and descriptions advertised on the Website for each particular product and by selecting a specific product to order, you agree and confirm that you wish to order goods with characteristics, type, qualities, and description such as those published on the Website for the relevant goods of your choice. In the event that you find any non-conformity of the goods with what has been agreed, you are entitled to submit a complaint within two years after the receipt of the goods but not later than two months after finding of the non-conformity. The complaint must be supported by a description of the non-conformity and any documents evidencing it. Upon addressing a complaint, you may claim reimbursement of the amount paid, replacement of the goods, a reduction of the price, or repair free of charge. We will contact you by phone or email to clarify how we could protect your rights as a consumer within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. The complaint does not deprive you of the right to file a claim before the competent court.

We do not control these websites and the content published there, and you access them solely at your own discretion and at your own risk. Similarly, our posting of links to such websites will in no way mean a recommendation or approval for any of the products or for the information offered/distributed by those websites that you access through the Website. Disputes
Our aspiration is related only to establishing a lasting relationship with you based on trust. At the same time, we are aware that, despite the above, there is a potential possibility of disputes. Notwithstanding the above option, you can make your claim to the competent court. However, the legislation of your state of residence or other legislation may apply.
Changes to the Website and these General Terms and Conditions of Use
By posting certain content on the Website, we undertake no commitment that this content will remain available to you for a certain period. We may terminate all or any part of this Website and/or remove any part of its content at any time without notifying you. We also reserve the right to change these GTC.
